Joining a new church can often be both exciting and challenging.  The excitement of a new church building, new people, and new ministry, can often be offset by challenges connecting with others or becoming familiar with ministries and various aspects of church life. 

Several times a year, Monterey hosts an event designed to "break the ice" for new members, and give visitors the opportunity to learn about our church family.  Called Monterey 101, this event offers guests time to meet ministers, elders, and ministry leaders in a safe and casual environment.  We share a meal together and enjoy conversation about Monterey.  Childcare is provided nursery-5th grade.
